ContractsMind uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the service working, secure, and improving. This policy explains what we use and how you can choose.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We classify the cookies we use into two categories: essential and optional (analytics).
2. Essential cookies
These are necessary for the service to function. They are set automatically and do not require consent:
- Session & authentication — keeps you logged in securely (JWT refresh in an httpOnly cookie)
- Security — helps prevent fraud, CSRF and abuse (rate limiting, CSRF tokens)
- Consent state — remembers your cookie choice (stored locally)
3. Optional / analytics cookies
These help us understand how the service is used so we can improve it. They are only loaded after you accept them in the cookie banner:
- Aggregate, anonymized usage statistics (e.g. pages visited, feature usage)
- Performance monitoring (error tracking, load times)
We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising or selling data to third parties.
3rd-party cookies
Our payment providers (Paddle, Victoriabank MD) may set their own cookies on their hosted checkout domains, governed by their own policies. We do not control those cookies.
