Payment & promo questions

What payment providers do you use?

Paddle is our global provider for subscriptions, supporting Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record, handling VAT/tax compliance for you.

How do promo codes work?

Enter your code in the promo box above. Depending on the code, you get a percentage off, a fixed amount off, or extra free trial days. Some codes apply only to certain plans (e.g. Basic/Pro) — the system will tell you if a code isn't valid for your chosen plan. Codes are validated server-side and tracked in a redemption journal.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Subscriptions are month-to-month with no lock-in. Cancel from your dashboard and you keep access until the end of the billing period.

What happens if my subscription lapses?

If a payment fails, you get a 3-day grace period. After that your account becomes read-only (you can still view past reports). Your files are still subject to the 20-day retention policy and your GDPR deletion rights are unaffected.

Do you offer refunds?

If an analysis fails technically, your usage is automatically refunded. For subscription refunds within the first 14 days, contact [email protected].
