Payment & promo questions
Paddle is our global provider for subscriptions, supporting Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Victoriabank MD is available as a local payment option for Moldovan customers and B2B invoices in MDL. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record, handling VAT/tax compliance for you.

Some codes apply only to certain plans (e.g. Basic/Pro) — the system will tell you if a code isn't valid for your chosen plan. Codes are validated server-side and tracked in a redemption journal.
Yes. Subscriptions are month-to-month with no lock-in. Cancel from your dashboard and you keep access until the end of the billing period.
If a payment fails, you get a 3-day grace period. After that your account becomes read-only (you can still view past reports). Your files are still subject to the 20-day retention policy and your GDPR deletion rights are unaffected.
If an analysis fails technically, your usage is automatically refunded. For subscription refunds within the first 14 days, contact [email protected].
