These Terms govern your use of ContractsMind. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Important disclaimer: ContractsMind provides AI-assisted analysis to help you understand contracts. It is not legal advice, does not create a lawyer–client relationship, and does not replace consultation with a qualified lawyer. For important decisions, seek professional legal advice licensed in your jurisdiction.

1. The service

ContractsMind is an online service that analyzes contracts you upload and produces risk reports in two modes: Quick Check and Deep Analysis. Results are generated by AI and may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for verifying any finding before acting on it.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Acceptable use

Only upload documents you have the right to process
Do not upload illegal, harmful, or malware-infected files
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the service
Respect the rights of third parties named in your documents

4. Subscriptions, credits & promo codes

We offer monthly subscription plans (Free, Basic, Pro, Business). Global payments are processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record); local payments for Moldova via Victoriabank MD. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your dashboard and retain access until the end of the billing period.

Promo codes may reduce your price (percentage or fixed) or extend your trial. Codes are validated server-side, may be restricted to specific plans, have validity windows, and per-user and total redemption limits. We may revoke or expire codes at our discretion. Codes cannot be combined unless stated, and do not apply to Enterprise/custom invoicing.

5. Refunds & failed analyses

If an analysis fails technically, your usage/credits are automatically refunded

Enterprise/custom plans follow their individual terms

6. Data & retention

Your files are retained for a maximum of 20 days and encrypted with AES-256-GCM in Cloudflare R2. You can delete your data at any time (GDPR Art. 17). See our Privacy Policy and Security overview.

7. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the documents you upload. We retain all rights to the ContractsMind service, branding, and aggregated/anonymized insights (never your document content).

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContractsMind is provided “as is” and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on AI-generated analysis.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights.
